潘伟力表示：“费南多反正到目前为止还没有明确的下家，其实中超球队对于费南多估计都有点顾忌，因为觉得他不是一个很好拿捏的球员，年纪也到了，伤病又多，就费南多这种风格的球员，他32岁了，靠速度吃饭，其实没有绝对的优势，然后薪资待遇要求也不低，又经常出现情绪，闹脾气等场外事件，所以现在中超球队对他我觉得不太感冒。李可去申花的话，费南多就更不重要了。”

费南多上赛季二次转会从泰山队租借加盟申花，代表申花出战10场中超联赛，贡献了1个进球和2次助攻。
